Curriculum

We have put together a selection of subjects for you to choose which are as varied and different as you are! We hope that you will find a combination of subjects that you like, you are good at and that you need for your future.

It is important that you consider what is in the course, how it will be assessed and where it might lead you. If we do not get enough of you choosing a subject we may ask you to choose another, but we will do our best to help you have a great Key Stage 4 and Post 16.

All groups rotate around a carousel of activities. Generally, 3 weeks per activity. It takes 2 ½ terms to complete a rotation. Many sports are repeated in subsequent years, but the standard of play, knowledge of the rules, ability to officiate are all at a higher level. The skills are developed and built upon. Boys and girls are taught separately and the activities in curriculum time are not always the same for boys and girls
